Smoke Detector Law In Oregon
If your home or other living unit is currently for sale, you will need smoke detectors installed to meet current Oregon law. The number and location of detectors will vary. Usually at least one on every level of the home will be required. These must have 10 year batteries or be hard wired into the electrical system.
