Mt Hood Sales for June 2014 are In

The recent numbers are in from RMLS for June 2014 on Mt. Hood. Here is the recently released chart of sales and information for the Mt. Hood area.
June numbers are standing strong with 20 closed transactions for the month! A surprise is that pending sales in June compared to the year before at this time were down nearly 23% this month. Another surprise is the marketing time of 204 days for the properties which closed this month. Once again we are flushing out inventory and working on getting on a normal market. Different pricing points have much better inventory levels which will cause prices to stabilize and appreciate than others.
