If you've been following the CFA (Cabin Fee Act) for the National Forest cabins on Mt. Hood, you would be interested to know that a cabin owner, Doug Gann, had an opportunity to present a testimonial before Congress  yesterday. He did a great job in summing up the concerns and arguments for the Act.
